I’m Joe Kirchner. For 13+ years I’ve taken workflow systems from discovery to production in courts and municipalities — where technology has to work alongside legacy systems, outside vendors, and a lot of stakeholders.
ABOUT
As co-founder and CIO of AdGators, I helped scale a SaaS + managed services platform for courts and municipalities from a single state to 17, with near-total customer retention.
My work sits between the customer and the build: turning ambiguous requirements into solution designs, integration plans and rollout sequences — then the training, runbooks and escalation paths that keep a system running after go-live.
I’m looking for solutions architecture, implementation and AI deployment roles where getting a system adopted, integrated and operating reliably matters as much as building it.

Owned implementations from kickoff through go-live; ran delivery and technical operations
Designed 20+ case-management integrations — Tyler Technologies, Equivant CourtView, Journal Technologies, Thomson Reuters
Architected the deployment and operating model for 600+ Linux endpoints with Ansible, monitoring and release management
Directed the two-year migration to the Screenseed platform on containerized cloud infrastructure

Primary implementation lead for 3–7 concurrent court deployments
Translated requirements into the architecture for DocketVision, the company’s first SaaS platform
Built the knowledge base of runbooks, checklists and escalation paths
